As part of our mission to continually improve our ticketing platform for your events, we’ve done some renovating. Here’s how we’ve updated reserved seating to better accommodate your needs.
Seeing that the new TicketLeap is a mobile-first ticketing platform, our new reserved seating purchase process now is optimized for mobile devices! Now, attendees can easily select and purchase their seats straight from their smartphones.
In addition, here are some of the new capabilities of our updated reserved seating feature:
Our reserved seating got a makeover! Our new seating chart builder has a lot more tools built in than our previous builder did. Our new reserved seating software is much more robust, but we promise it’s just as easy to get the hang of! Need help creating your new seating charts? Please note: No reserved seating charts or active orders on your current account will be migrated to the new TicketLeap. You’ll need to grab screenshots of your seating charts and rebuild them on the latest version of our platform.
